The NYI Trailer

We have an awesome resource available to our district called the NYI Equipment Trailer. It was made possible through an anonymously donated fund that was given to the NW NYI Council. Here is what is available so far:

NEW POLICY:

TRAILER PACKAGE: Includes all of the following for $150 per usage day.

  • Inflatables: 2 Commercial grade inflatables including a fully enclosed Dodgeball Arena, and a Jousting Arena. (See actual image above)

  • Portable Indoor/Outdoor Movie Screen, a projector is not provided.

  • Laser Tag Guns (batteries are not included and it takes 6 AA batteries each).

  • 9 Square Volleyball is a cross between 4-square and volleyball using a series of PVC pipes.

  • Sound Equipment: All the sound equipment necessary for a full concert, minus instruments. It is stored separately, but made available upon request at $50 per usage day.

  • Large Jenga: think of playing this classic game with 2X4's!

Note: We are excited to have the privilege to make this great asset available to enhance all of the ministries throughout our district! We have guidelines in place that everybody needs to follow in order to help preserve this privilege for others. Because there can be times of higher demand and having this available is a privilege, not a right, there are bound to be scheduling and usage conflicts that I am sure we can work through together for the good of all.
